Art Deco Sterling Silver Stork Infant Feeding Spoon

This elegant, infant feeding spoon as manufactured by The Mouser Manufacturing Company (New York 1892-1913.)

It features an exquisitely detailed stork, whose head and body form the top and middle of the spoon, while the lower portion shows his legs with clawed feet. The back of the spoon is covered with intricately detailed feathers.

This gorgeous infant feeding spoon measures 6″ in length. The bowl of the spoon is 2″ tall x 1 1/2″ across.

The bowl of this antique spoon is engraved: Dorothy Mae, 71/4lbs, Jan 13th, 1913, 7:45 pm.
