Royal Doulton Pekingese Dog

It’s no surprise that this charming Pekingese dog was bred to be the cherished companion of the imperial family of China.

She has such a dignified pose with her lavish tail, curled gracefully over her back.

Measuring 3 1/4″ tall x 5″ long x 2″ wide, she is in excellent condition, with a high gloss finish.

She was designed by Frederick Daws, for Royal Doulton, and modeled to represent Champion Biddee of Ifield.
She was issued from 1931 through 1985.

This Pekingese pup has one of the most beautiful faces, and the most elegant fur lines that we have seen on a porcelain figurine of this breed.
